Virtual European Resources Forum 2022

The German Environment Agency (UBA) is pleased to announce the 6th European Resources Forum - "Transformative approaches for sustainable resource use and a circular economy." The conference ERF 2022online will take place on 1th December 2022 9:00h-17:15h as a virtual conference. The English-language conference will be subtitled for the hearing impaired. Participants of the 6th European Resources Forum can expect a programme with innovative topics, high level speakers and interesting conference formats. Please see Programme for download below.

The Forum was founded in 2012 as a European and international platform for discussion on the issue of sustainable resource use and focuses on the political and scientific debate on this topic. The conference addresses European decision makers and experts from the fields of policy development, industry, academia, civil society, the media and from the “young generation”. 700 participants from over 50 nations are expected, including 90 speakers.

The European Resources Forum contributes to the development and implementation of common positions for policy-making in Europe and internationally. The ERF is an instrument for communication on resource issues and for setting up networks and initiating stakeholder alliances at the European and international level.
